A cinematic launch video for Rentman, showcasing their usefull software feature through story-driven 3D motion. Rentman approached us with the launch of their new Crew Scheduling module — a powerful tool designed to bring more structure and efficiency to crew planning. The challenge? Show the impact without getting lost in features of the module. They wanted something that felt innovative, dynamic, and human — not just functional. Stayfly Digital led the way with bold art direction and cinematic 3D production, crafting a visual story where structure becomes rhythm, and logic turns into motion. This wasn’t about explaining software. It was about showing how structure can move people and teams forward.
This project began with a simple goal: highlight Rentman's new Crew Scheduling module. But instead of focusing on technical specs, we asked: How does structure feel when it works? We developed a visual concept rooted in flow, clarity, and rhythm — inspired by how people interact with tools that organize their day. The creative direction leaned into minimalist environments, dynamic camera motion, and clean transitions to mirror the seamlessness Rentman aims to deliver. The concept was backed by a light research phase, exploring how planning tools impact team communication and energy in high-pressure work environments. We used pacing, visual buildup, and subtle tension-release to give viewers a sense of momentum and control — exactly what the tool offers its users. The video was built entirely in 3D, with stylized lighting, proper use of brand assets and abstracted UI elements that suggest functionality without overwhelming detail.
