A cinematic brand film for Don’t Waste Culture (DWC), visualizing a unique concept for the 2024 Black Friday Sale through story-driven 3D motion design. DWC approached Stayfly Digital with a challenge: make a unique visual and narrative concept — without falling into traditional campaign tropes or heavy-handed storytelling. Stayfly Digital led the project with bold art direction and stylized 3D production, crafting a visual narrative where rhythm, texture, and symbolism converge. This wasn’t about clothing drops or product shots. It was about creating a mood, a unknown world, a presence — a ritual. A motion piece that echoes cultural identity, transformation, and the power of remembering.
This project started with one provocative idea: What if your campaign today becomes cultural history tomorrow? We built a visual narrative set 50 years into the future — a world shaped by collapse, survival, and digital preservation. In 2070, civilization has fragmented. Screens are sacred. Culture is coded in archives. And among the few remaining signals from the past, one moment keeps resurfacing: Black Friday 2024. Through a mix of dystopian sci-fi and documentary-style narration, we treated old DWC assets as historical evidence: linesheets, campaign emails, even discount codes — all digitally decayed. To reinforce the mythos, we built visual references to the culture of the future: underground archive ceremonies, fashion as resistance, and encrypted data relics passed between youth collectives. The message is clear: what DWC did in 2024 wasn’t just retail — it was revolution. Stayfly Digital led the research, art direction, and full 3D production of the video concept, working closely alongside the Don’t Waste Culture team.
